Warranty & Returns


ShinTekk warrants to the original purchaser for 1 year from the date of purchase that this product is free from defects in workmanship. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, attempts at repair or the use of unauthorized attachments. If this product fails to operate properly under normal use because of defect within 30 days from purchase, simply return it with proof of purchase for a no charge replacement. If found defective after 30 days and within the 1 year warranty period, you must mail it to the address below, postpaid and properly packaged against possible damage.

IMPORTANT: Your returned product must be accompanied by Proof of Purchase (for example the sales receipt) that includes purchase date.


To obtain warranty service on your product, the original purchaser must notify the ShinTekk Customer Service Department by calling 508-322-8979 or by emailing info@shintekk.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).

When mailing product for return, clearly mark the RMA # on the outside of the shipping box and return all components of the ShinTekk including all Resistance Bungees and U-bar Pad. Please complete and enclose proof of purchase (sales receipt). Product returns that do not have an RMA listed or Proof of Purchase included may experience significant delay in processing or be refused. Estimated Warranty service time is 10-20 business days. The purchaser is responsible for return postage. ShinTekk will return product by domestic ground service and/or domestic mail after warranty service is performed. Any and all postage/shipping fee(s) will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
